Just checkin’ in. We know you are busy with conferences, or work or whatnot, but that doesn’t mean we don’t miss you! The dancing is some awesome cardio! Good luck with your goals, Bre. You’ve certainly responded to “project build it up” this year! ![]()

ah. stroke rates. i was going to ask. that is interesting… i suspect i stroke too fast and tire myself out ineffectually ![]()
welcome back ![]()
^ thanks
also, try to practice stroke rates. this was actually too fast for the speed, but i was sore. if you need to go faster, increase stroke rate… for me it’s good to get a rythem of like in the whole motion, take 1/3 time going reverse, and 2/3 time going back up - but fast hands away from your body. did you make a vid yet?? i know i havent either… i suck.
i am so sore. i just wanted to stop in and say that.
its kinda weird how your body adapts, and you dont get this sore when you’re used to it. i think i need to try different approaches so i can always feel like this. i like feeling every muscle completely obliterated- different sort of body awareness. okay im off for the weekend… maybe even sunday, we;ll see.

yay wallet returner man!!
and yay obliterated muskelz!
Sorry to hear about your bike.
Rowing is something I have not yet tried. I used to watch the crewing sculling down by the Philadelphia Zoo when we took the kids there.
It always looked so graceful.
Weighted dips for the win.
