Talk to me when you are 40, after you have the stretch marks and crazy outie belly button to show for carrying three kids and you’ll know what I’m talking about. [/quote]

if you keep getting offended im sending you to figure athlete.

i love that other people have kids, bc i love playing with them. i also love being able to give them back.

for as long as god gives me coathangers, i will have no children. im WAY too vain and selfish.

Yeah, imma be 29 this spring. I have friends that are clinically obese that are younger than me. I know I’ve ‘improved my body significantly’ this year FOR SURE so Im going to opine that while youth may play a factor comparing 20 vs. 40, maybe not so much for me anymore since I’m in the middle. But I don’t know what happens after you have kids n stuff. Maybe it becomes more difficult to put things back in place but really, I’d like to think it’s not impossible! PPUFF! Show us this is not IMpossible! And … I think a bit of body destruction is okay if the trade is creating the joy of your life or whatever. I mean you did incubate a person for 9 months. I imagine that’s hard work!

As for skin stretching and skin blah blah - I honestly dont have the GREATEST skin, it’s gotten prettier actually since doing this stuff, but NOT like a genetically glow-milky white CBear or Chocolatey cocoespresso. Also I have just a shitty camera that gaussian blurs me.

CHIN UP! keep at it!

loving your description of beast humps. i mean sky humps. i know it is pathetic that i’m too embarrassed to do them at the gym (i admire that you do). should start doing these at home, though. find it is a good combo of flexor stretch and glute activation for me.

I’m still giggling at Fook…

just to squash all this “youth vs. age” bs, go to the T-Vix page and take a good long look at UpScale, ladies. Then look up Robilyn, Alidebracy, and so on. Now…let’s get off the “age” box and go put in work. NOW!!! That is all. I am off to go do some squats.

I like how you think about dirty thoughts to get through your sky humps. And babies don’t always ruin bodies. Hey, I don’t pee when I sneeze. And I feel really good about that.

glow-milky white skin… that sounds prettier than “vampire white” or “neon white” or “cracker”

i should wear my black contacts today

This is true, and taller girls like Bear and Bre usually have better luck with the ab recovery.

Unfortunately, I’m very short waisted and look like I’m smuggling watermelons end-on-end when I’m pregnant. Plus I have spent way too much time in the sun and have the skin to show for it.

There is a certain audacity that I associate with youth, and I admire seeing it in some of the older women here who have worked so hard to fend off the aging process. As Beast pointed out, some of them are looking damn good.

Carry on.

for the puff.

well, my thumb mobility in the joint is good, but I can’t bend it. Since I need it for some surgeries at work tomorrow, I decided to do a bodyrocktv.com circuits tonight.

glute circuit x 3, approx 40min…and I sweat enough to water the plants in my room with my own condensation.
prisoner get ups x 20 x 1
sleeping crabs x 20 x 1
jump lunge x 20 x 1 - these rule.
side lunge jumps x 20 x 1 - makes you feel like a speedskater
side squat leg lifts x 20 x 1
mountain climbers x 20 x 1
1/2 pistol and one leg pike press x 20 x 1 - this one took about 5min to get through alone. It was tough for me. Put your arms out, then lift your leg out in front of you. Squat down on the supporting leg, then take the extended leg and kick it out behind you, and then go down and do a press. Fuck it’s tough for my left ass.

I tried some knuckle and reg pushups but this stressed my thumb a bit. Tomorrow I’ll hit the weights like a proper bodybuilder and see what I can do.

If you want the deets on the rest of the exercises just search for them at bodyrocktv.com and good luck not wasting hours staring at the zexy zusanna!

Hey Bre,

How are your glutes feeling? You have been killing the activation work, you should see some effects soon. Any more cramping? What about your stability?

Keep kicking ass - this is a good log.

Um, yeah, I’m keeping the glutes sore, mindhumping T-NA’s Beast on the regular, and so the stability/strength of right glute seems to be improving. No cramping. Geez I totally forgot that I was having cramping issues! I havent had the guts to deadlift yet, but I reaaaaaally want to. I miss it sooo much. Stil just working on squat form strengthening my weaknesses. I should be working on my flexibility too. GRRRR. Thanks for asking, I hope you are well!

Sky/mind hump vs. kettlebell swing hip action… find out who wins in 42 days and a wakeup!!

Glad to hear you had fun w/Zuzanna.

Hope your thumb is ok so that you can skillfully cut those mice open. (I’m assuming that you’re performing the surgery on rodents, right?)

Thx for posting your ass + more, very hot.

What’s that supposed to mean, Bre? You could just post some pix here on your log if it would make you feel less objectified. I’m just teasing any way.

Seriously, these are training logs, right? I enjoy reading about your training and your antics. Anything else is just a nice addition ( you know like the pix.)

Keep up the good work.

I don’t pee when I sneeze either.

(yet)

just saying…in case anyones interested, that is…
