Theres a “kickboxing” class on Fridays at 20:00. Im kind of retarded when it comes to group classes (not good at mirroring mirror images), but I might have to give it a try…
Anyone have problems getting dizzy while squatting? If I take too deep of breath, I get a bit stuck at the bottom, and faint, but if I dont breath enough, then I lack power. Any tips on breath control?
Also I weighed myself on a scale that a guy said was making people 4-5kg bigger, but I dont know. I could be 70kg (154). That would mean I gained 13 pounds of mass over the past 8 months. That would be kind of awesome, but I have no idea of the accuracy of the weighing instrument. [/quote]
This is awesome, woman! Way to get after it. And I’m ignoring the pyramid bit. Hater.
I think you’ll enjoy the kickboxing class. It’s not a formal training session, but fun, nonetheless.
As for the breathing, I inhale going down, and exhale going up. Are you holding your breath? Your right arm gets hinky probably because of the bar placement or your hand placement. Play around with it and make sure you loosen up a bit.
The scale…one way to figure it out is setting it to zero. If it stays in the “up” position, then slide the weight over til it is centered. That is the difference in weight.
