hahaha about your gym buds. weird how it is funny when it happens to you but gets me feeling annoyed when similar things happens to me. it is cool that you are happy about your buffness. you deserve to be
I’ve had some REALLY late nights at work this week, so no gym for me.
I did get a great LIVER workout last night though!
NH Hotel bar - bellini x 1
Tapas Restaurant - Rum and coke x 2 + GIANT DELICIOUS STEAK
NH Hotel bar - bellini x 2
Irish Pub Alte Sachsenhausen - rum and coke x 3; irish car bomb x 1
Trendy Bar with people in strange costumes - vodka drink with cucumber and applejuice (Die Bayernische Prinzessin Drink) x 1
Croatian Cocaine bar - rum and coke x 2 … one lap dance to arabic music (gluteal activation)
Underground dance club - rum and coke x 3 (Pretty sure I spilled the last 2, so I may not have reached my rum and coke max rep)
Needless to say, I’m sore today! Frankfurt can kill a bitch.
Lol regarding the gluteal activation lap dance. I know what you mean about being sore after a night out. Dancing in heels is some serious leg training, not to mention flexing your liver to the tune of 15 (if I counted correctly) drinks. Now get back to the gym and give your poor liver a rest.

And hearing about Frankfurt and such has the effect of “re-energizing” a man to the point he must now return to the gym and exhaust himself again. Thank you.
I told ya before Bree- let me know when you are coming to Frenchie Town and I will cook up an epic storm for you, something your liver will take weeks to recover from

Good grief, that little tally of cocktails would have put me in bed for a week! I just can’t drink like that any more.
Your new gym friend sounds lovely. I guess you’ll be sticking to your usual hours now eh?
OMG i feel a full body nausea migraine coming on just from reading your drinks.
quit being a puss and get a spotter. train em, most people dont know the diff between a bench spot and an upright row. “touch the bar before i’m ready and i’ll break your fingers.” works pretty gud.
and HA! i have people fooled into thinking i know what im talking about. i really just make it all up and sound authoritative.
beast- if you didnt want it, you shouldnt have asked!

I think you need to read that again. I was not complaining at all. Don’t be bringin the funk my way woman!
Soooo…Yeah, it took me awhile to recover from the weekend - Saturday was also a WAR as I went to my first MMA match and partied like mad afterwards - as such, my thumb is pretty badly sprained from a… karate chop?. I got it x-rayed, but turns out it’s NOT broken. YES!!! My foot feels almost perfect and my glutes are ready for action so here’s a start to get back on it. I’d say I have to take it was for awhile, but whenver I say stuff like that I jinx myself so SHHH.
Glute Circuit 1

Glute Circuit 2

one legged sky hump x leg x 10 x 3 (with 10lbs)
piriformis stretch x leg x 2

Glute Circuit 3
Quad stretch 10 x leg x 1

one legged sky hump x leg x 10 x 3 (with 15lbs) …had to think really dirty thoughts to get through these
piriformis stretch x leg x 2
fire hydrant x 20 x 1
piriformis stretch x leg x 2
geometic alphabet x leg x 1
one leg low box squats x leg x 10 x 1 - AMAZING how easy these become AFTER the third circuit. Definitely seeing increased stability…left ass is still lagging behind, but whatever, it’s on its way.
Plank - one minute 35 seconds.
Sit ups with weight - 150reps of various pain.
Looking forward to kicking some ass (and not hurting myself) for the rest of the month!
Glad to hear that your butt is back in the game. Do tell, what is a sky hump? Oh, and I did see the cute booty shot you posted, Sweet Cheeks. Ah, youth…

THANKS! At least there’s ONE part of my body finally ready to do some work!
Okay…here’s what you have to do to Hump the Sky GOOD.
Lay on your back on a hard surface. Lift up your knees keeping your feet flat on the floor. Then imagine you have something really big and heavy pressing against your pelvis trying to pin you to the floor… like say for example a Beast27195 was trying to smother you, but you’re not gonna let him have it that easy. So you squeeze your glutes and lift your pelvis up to the cieling, pressing through your heels. When you come back down, dont let your ass touch the floor, fire your glutes at him, I mean the cieling, again and the come slowly back down… repeat 50times. One legged ones are really awesome. You need to point one foot out straight, keep your hips level. Keep your knees relatively together. You can put a weight over the firing glute hip and then push up…repeat. You can even grab your own ass to make sure you got it firing in the right place. Got it!?? I recommend feeling your butt until you find the most efficient placement of your feet.

Alright, I got the sky humps down. Very funny. And I just saw the one of your profile from today. Just beautiful Bre. Your skin just glows. Perfect proportions. OK, I’ll stop talking like a pervy old lipstick lesbian now. Very pretty.

Talk to me when you are 40, after you have the stretch marks and crazy outie belly button to show for carrying three kids and you’ll know what I’m talking about.
