Hm. Maybe they’ll pop up later. Hope it wasn’t a high volume day. HAHA!
you can do the exercise with whatever weight you like - you don’t have to load it up the way some people choose to do.
it is funny how us girls seem to see ourself differently from how others see us.
i worry mostly about the wind changing and me being stuck with the bulldog neck i get when i’m deadlifting sometimes or racking a powerclean / jerk. i know it is silly… but i have been a little careful to avoid trap isolation work incase they get all beefy. still, how hard am i working on getting my legs all beefy and what luck have i had so far!? lol. rolls eyes at self.

They’ll probably show up eventually. I have noticed that problem w/other threads yesterday and today. Weird.
So apparently my gym has a Concept Dos rower.
How do I know what correct form is?
Need some workouts to get my heart rate up.

Thanks for posting that, Bre. Looks like a good idea to maybe warmup by doing each “part” individually for a bit before just diving into the full motion, to get the form right. I just discovered these at my gym and will (now) be using them a lot

You’ve started a trend, Bre. Congrats…
Brie needs to be a Concept 2 spokeswoman…endorsements, endorsements!
I was in Frankfurt in 2007 and recall seeing people order weiners with a side of weiners. I think I have a picture of it. Cracked me up.
Germans sure love their weiners.

That video is 2 minutes longer than the technique one…where’s my notepad?
todays workout
first of all, I just want to say. Holy balls it’s cold out tonight.
bench (focusing on benching with my tits and not my shoulders…yeah)
25 x bar x 2
10 x 22,5kg x 2
4 x 32,5kg x 8
10 x 22,5kg x 3
25 x bar x 1 (FAF) and oh my god does that burn
seated row with focus on lats and squeezing shoulders together behind me, but in reality I felt it more in my bis and delts I dont know why, maybe the seat was too high.
25 x 15kg x 1
20 x 20kg x 1
20 x 25kg x 1
15 x 30kg x 1
15 x 35kg x 1
10 x 40kg x 1
05 x 45kg x 1
05 x 50kg x 1
and back down in true pyramid form with no rest.
triceps
25 x 7,5kg x 3 with a bar
10 x 7,5kg x 4 with my sweatshirt
Abz
50/oblique
200 crunches
some other random crap that I get too bored to count.
Have you ever had one of those days where you feel like you grew over night somehow? I just felt awesomely pumped for some reason, so I went to the ‘ladies area’ to check myself out in the mirror since I dont have any mirrors at home aside from the bathroom medicine cabinet. Not bad actually.
Oh, and that’s my bruised foot. Possibly too much or not enough?? Jagermeister + cranky germans = really angry bre. I’m so lucky I didnt break it.

but come on, python boots and miniskirts are bound to make you feel badass.
