GOD!!! Now I feel like I have to do 200 burpees! lol. I dont think I could get through the in 45min though. You’re pretty much my hero until I can defeat this #/time.

Heh, Germany is funny like that. I remember going to Munich when I was 16 with my parents. We were strolling through the Englischergarten and I suddenly noticed that, uh, people were naked. In the middle of a public park. And a lot of them were men with beer bellies and legs akimbo. Ugh.
Why is it that nudists are never attractive?

HAH! Cal!

Lol! love the blog post. There’s a couple of nude beaches here in the NYC area that I’ve visited. Its an interesting experience to say the least, but I always find them fun. There is a freedom in being publicly naked amongst others and I don’t mind it at all. I do have a lot of meat in the seat tho, so i need to be careful

I think the high rep squats is smart - until it feels good and strong and slowly increase the weight. Maybe get on a 5x5 plan and go up 2.5k each squat session?

This log = win. Cannot wait to get back to Germany, though. Looking forward to hangin out with the wang out! I must say though, you’re about as intense as I am, woman! Me like! Keep it up.

im so sore I need a wheel chair today… or a ‘rollstuhl’ as they say in german. lol.

That thar is a nice workout u dun up yesterday - ya’ll ought to be sore

I ate a 5 course meal… then tried to row 10km  I only made it 9km.

5,000m 23:30.9 2:21.0
2,000m 9:45.9 2:26.4
500m 1:59.5 1:59.5

15kg x 20 x 1
20kg x 20 x 1
25kg x 20 x 4

delts/lats + actually everything were STILL a bit sore from Sunday/Mondays workout. My stomache was hating me during the entire cardio part, but my brain was extremely excited to have eaten 300g of delicious red meat. It’s kind of rare to eat beef here in germany. They’re more into pigs. I hope I can go to more dinners like this!

beef trumps pig anyday.

except maybe bacon. fillet mignon wrapped in bacon. now were talkin!

nice rowing Bree

ass down for benching, well, the vast majority of it. clench it like mad!! nice rowing indeed! i’ve been trying it lately → no headband however, but i did get sore traps:P

Five course meal? Wow. I have to train on an empty stomach or there will be problems… Rowing especially. What did you eat?

  1. pizza
  2. salad
  3. STEAK
  4. icecream
  5. pizza dessert/coffee

…On the good side, the food baby leaves quite quickly!

FUCK YES… TO COW WRAPPED IN PIG

one of my old housemates was english. she used to wrap beef sausages in bacon and use them to stuff chicken :-/

it works.

steak is better than sausages, though. bet it would fit in a turkey lol.

need to work my rowing technique…
