OK, so I had a TON of energy today before this workout and then during the weightlifting part of it. Again, I’m surpirsed at how much weight i can do this way. I’m sure I could do more like this but I know the density will increase next week so we’ll see what happens. Anyway, by the time I got to the cardio my energy just crashed. Afterwards I felt all shaky and weak. Could I be hypoglycemic? Anyway, tomorrow is cardio (as always) and chest/biceps.

Well, this session went OK I guess. I’m satisfied but strength is dropping off like no other. I had to decrease the weight on the C exercises. I did 60 mintues of cardio this morning and then another 45 mintues after this. I have the stairmaster and incline treadmill tomorrow morning and legs in the afternoon.

So, whats the countdown till the actual contest man ?

I honest to God do not know how you can do all that cardio and still be able to hit the weights, it honest to god just makes me shake my head in disbelief. BTW, im not sure ive asked this, but where are your calories at right now ?>

I hit a fucking mental block during cardio today. The workout went great. I had a ton of energy from yesterday’s 455g of carbs but by the time I got to cardio I just lost it all apprently. It makes me mad. I’m more determined than ever. I will reach my goals. I will have shredded glutes. It’s back to low carb tomorrow baby. I will redeem myself tomorrow with the cardio.

It was just cardio/tanning and mediation today for me. I’m stepping up the water but DAMN am I hungry.

Never before has it taken me more time to do 50 minutes of cardio. I had to steop as million times as I was going hypoglygemic again. Again, I felt it coming a mile away. My vision was blurry and all the music seemed fast. The workout went OK I guess. I obviously had to drop the weights on some things. Tomorrow is cardio in the morning again and chest and biceps.

WOOOO HOOO. I went hypo even sooner this time. I am so flat it’s absolutely rediculous. It’s kind of amazing how ou get used to it though. I would usually say this was a horrible workout but you know what, I think it’s a beautiful thing now when I do my best like this. I was supposd to get 6 x 8 on everything and God knows I tried. I know everyday that I’m giving it my all and I feel like I’ve already won. Tomorrow morning is 60 minutes of cardio and then we’ll see what the adjustments are.
