Always wanted to try breathing squats, but never have.
Quick questions -
- How many sets do you do?
2.Can you do any thing after them? - Has anybody ever tried front breathing squats?
Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks - J

Yeah i did breathing squats once. I barfed like five minutes later.
yes, usually it’s one all-out set but I suppose you can do more than one if you don’t do 20 rep sets. For instance, 3 sets of 12 using your normal 8-rep max
yes, the original Supersquats protocal, written by Randall Strossen, called for something like
breathing squats
light pullovers or Rader chest pulls
straight leg deadlifts
light pullovers or Rader chest pulls
bench press or weighted dips
bent over rows or weighted chins
military press
