This is a dumb question and will probably not stop me from using it anyways but, if one breaks out when consuming to much dairy would using whey protein perhaps do the same?
I dont know for sure, but I dont believe so. I’ve always had some problems with dairy and acne, but protein powder doesn’t seem to have any effect.

Agreed.
They are two completely different mechanisms. Besides I think you’d be surprised how many products you already consume have whey in them. You would have noticed a reaction by now.

really? well I have never really drank whey protein but if it is going to cause major breakouts I might stray away seeing how dairy hates me, then again it would come in handy.
I guess the question is does whey protein still contain all the milks hormones? or are they taken/heated out during the process?
