Brands of Whey

I’ve been using a protein powder called “whey healthier”.

It comes from organic cows,is high in both CLA and omega 3,contains Immunoglobins,Lactoferrin(which is just as good as raw milk for your immune system),and is the highest quality, best tasting powder I’ve ever tasted.

This is the next best thing to raw organic milk,no doubt.

Where do you get it?

I’ve been using BSN’s Lean Dessert. But stay away from the cinnamon roll flavor unless you’re mixing it with oats and berries. The chocolate fudge brownie flavor is great with milk and decent with water, throw in some natural peanutbutter with milk and its like a reese’s, I kid you not. It’s kinda expensive right around 15 bucks for 1.39lbs, but the taste is what keeps me buying it.

I buy mine from here:

Yeah,it’s kinda expensive, but I like the taste and it keeps my immune system strong.
If you think about it,you’re not just getting any cheap whey protein powder.
This is high quality and gives you the benefits of raw milk too.

GNC’s 100% whey is expensive if you walk into the store randomly. You have to buy it during the first week of the month when everything is on sale. Also, being a Gold Club member ($15/yr as I recall) gives another 20% off.

It’s normally $43.99 per 6lb tub at my local store. At the beginning of last month they had a buy one get one half off sale. I bought 2 tubs for around $55.
