Being a shoulder lady I prefer Branden Ray. I know there is more to becoming a pro but B Ray’s deltoids and the perfect chest shape and symmetry are just rare. mass and conditioning are achievements but shape is inborn - no matter how full or lean you can get, your shape is your muscle id.
I speak from a purely aesthetics point of view, of course.

Brandon Ray seems alright, but what annoys me is seeing him in all of my magazines when he is not even a pro yet. Him and Troy brewer. It seems like they just pick certain guys to create some hype over…There are probably tons of other guys that could use a pictorial or two who are just as good or better and probably more deserving.

I agree, there are other guys in NPC who are really good. That is why it is up to you and everyone who follows this shit to go look for them and help out. Most would go unnoticed if it weren’t for fans of the sport.
the guy who came in first in the 2008 USA is in his 40’s and has looked amazing for years. He just now received enough attention to win…and that sucks.
