another thing i was wondering about BBB…im sure there is no interference i was just curious. if i take the nootropics with breakfast, and i workout around 10-12 hours later, is it okay to take a preworkout filled with caffeine, geranium, tyrosine, etc.?

Look up the half lifes of what you’re taking. They each have different lengths.
Galantamine is 7 hours.
Aniracetam is 1-2.5 hours.
Oxiracetam is 3-6 hours.
Vinpocetine is ~3 hours.

Certain noops (eg the racetams) are classed as ‘borderline medications’ and are therefore prescription-only I think.
This prevents some vendors from selling them. The US seems to be far more punitive when it catches someone selling a ‘borderline’ product than the the UK, so that’s probably why it’s harder to get them over there.
The reason for this restriction does IMO have something to do with their effectiveness. Anti-aging medication is becoming, or has the potential to become, BIG business for Big Pharma, and I think they want it restricted. Their argument is that these particular noops ‘alter physiological function’. Yeah, so does alcohol and nicotine, but I don’t see them worrying about that.
Anyway, they work, so yes, their use must apparently be regulated.

Ok, placed the order yesterday, hope I get it.
I finished the 3 week centro treatment about a week back.
I’m not sure if I noticed much from it but i wasn’t expecting a whole lot anyway. I just wanted to do a cleanup.
On another note, I’ve been using Pyritinol for about a week now. i definitely gives me some mental energy, but I feel like it’s a bit too much. I’m usually very stimulant insensitive and often feel sluggish. With a Pyritinol dose of 400mg, I get almost ADHD like hyper-energy, and not necessarily in a good way when I want to study.
I want to play around with the dose but my caps are 400mg so I’ll see what I can do about that.
