Any particular foods that people seem to give them good studying/thinking energy?

JWright, depends on when the sex takes place. Morning sex makes me a bum for the rest of the day. Night before exam sex supposedly improves scores (meeting my woman at a hotel near test site thurs, haha).

Yesterday, for example. Between noon and 6, laid the wood 4 times…and I’m spent. The plan was to study after she left, instead I watched Lord of the Rings and ate a whole bag of starbursts. Totally took me out of the zone, sweet movie though.

HUGE exam coming up Fri. I’m on a steady diet of powerdrive, ECA, coffee, diet mountain dew, fish oil, B vitamins, and sugar, hence posting at 1:30 am.

Carbs…you’re brain functions simply on glucose.

I take the following nutrients and have found them helpful:

  1. Ginngko Biloba
  2. Choline
  3. Fish Oli
  4. Vitamin C
  5. Galantamine

ND carbs could also have an opposite reaction if you get an insulin casued blood sugar low, but i guess ya’ll know that anyway (god i hope you all do!?!)
but yeah, lo carb diets and exams dont mix!!

Whetu, if you’re eating every 2 hrs and studying, writing an exam, etc. you’re blood sugar should never drop significantly low to become unfocused. I’m also not talking about ingesting large amounts of simple sugars so that a crash results immediately following. I’m talking about eating grains, oats, veggies, fruits, etc.
