Diet while preparing for exams

I’m preparing for exams, and I have a full time job, and get home around 7pm. By the time I’ve had a shower something to eat etc I only have another few hours before it’s bedtime, and I’d like to use this time for my study, which means no working out, I might do some light cardio for about 15 minutes every other day. My question is what sort of diet should I be eating??
As I won’t be working out I thought I’d go on a low carb moderate p+F diet, but how will the low carbs effect my concentration during studying???
Also is Power Drive really as good as people say it is?? does it improve memory or just conentration?? How long does it take to work, I have just over three weeks to go before my exams???

Don’t fuck yourself over by going on a mind-numbing diet when you need to be sharp. I was able to train during exam periods, so my situation was different, but I always focused on maintaining. And yes, powerdrive is good.

Being in college also, I just basically try to train when I can. I would suggest just to eat clean for that time and then take care of whatever happens (fat gain or muscle loss) when the tests are over. Powerdrive is also a very good thing for exams, trust me.

Man carbs are what help you think dont cut them off to much or you may have problem thinking straight , trust me i found that out the hard way. As for the cardio that and just training will will help alot.
