Same here, I did 100 pushups in a row versing my bud, my main fucus at the moment is to get strong as well, and obviously the stronger you are the more pushups you can do unless you drastically increase your weight while your strength hasn’t caught up.[/quote]
I actually don’t even do pushups anymore, dips are so much better for a bodyweight exercise.
Not for myself but my son: got straight A’s, with 3 A+'s. He has a 4.15 overall, is an Eagle Scout, football player, National Merit Scholar, and a youth leader at church. Wants to go to one of the service academies, prbly Navy.
