Brachioradialis injury

I’m suffering from some pain in the brachioradialis… anyone have/had this problem? If so, any advice on how long it took to heal up?

It’s been bugging me for years. I have somewhat small(er) bones and tendons, so I guess it’s a given when paired up with heavy lifting over a longer period of time. I have my good days, when my brachioradialis/outer elbow is fine for months, and then it flares up, disabling me from any direct heavy curls, and impairing my pulls and rows.
What I found to be helpful is; using wrist straps with DL, pulls and rows
direct flexor workout with miniscule weight, but high volume. (eg. reverse curls, hammer curls and regular curls tri-set, 10 reps per exercise /30reps per each tri-set, 3 tri-sets total. Keep the weights minimal, so you don’t feel ANY pain while curling. The goal is to achieve pump trough sheer volume.
In my experience, increased blood flow (from the pump) in the injured area greatly helps the healing process.
