Looking into dosing BPC 157 500mcg a day for a recurring knee issue. I think its tendon related as it flares up when I sprint or isolate it.
I’m seeing lots of threads giving advice on use in US, but I’m not sure where best to source it in UK and what protocol would be best. Also is it as useful used alone or best paired with TB500 and with what protocol when paired?
We don’t make it a habit of talking about sources on this site. What i can tell you though is I would run TB500 alongside the BPC as they have great synergy together.

Totally up to you. I have used it both ways and can’t say there is a discernable difference.
I would plan for 6 weeks. You should start to feel a bit of relief after 2 weeks. If not add 2 weeks to the end so 8 weeks total. If your not feeling better by the end of 4 weeks then finish out the 8 weeks and see where you are at. If at the end you not much better then you need imaging(which i would recommend first)to see what is going on.

I’m struggling with a shoulder injury and my trainer recommended these two peptides since my imaging doesn’t show ligament or tendon tears. I also haven’t responded much to a sports massage therapist. My only question is how do you pin these? Intramuscular or Sub Q?
