Skinny - less focus on crunches and more on eating and lifting heavy. I gave you 2

You are thin, but as far as physique goes, you look good. TKO, are you a fighter in the light weight division somewhere?

You’re obviously in shape but under this forum 3. I’m assuming you’re a fighter. What are your goals? Stats? Training?Purpose for feedback on this site?

You’re in fighting shape. Could be the angle in the pic but your forearms seem small. Do you train legs?

Good shape but I’m pretty sure, and correct me if I’m wrong, this is a bodybuilding website.

You look good, obliques and abs look strong

This sums it up right here.

You are very small as far as a bodybuilding perspective, however good luck on the lofty goals. To openly state goals like that is to be commended. What chances do you stand of getting there/indicators that you can accomplish the Olympics?

your going on the V-Diet? at 6%?

And down to 3%… One question I’m asking myself too… Why?
You’re a boxer, 6% is light enough.

SORRY GUYS, this is not JUST a bodybuilding website. Many of us do Oly lifting, Powerlifting, Strength training, or train for sports like boxing.

Yeah, I’m gonna second this. I mean come on, we’ve got a supp company that sponsors GSP, we’ve got a lot of martial artists here that compete, it’s not just bodybuilding. You should judge the physique based on occupation/sport and goals. Not just on bb standards, because they’re not applicable to every sport.

OP, you look good for fighting at the light welterweights. But you’re not going put mass on by moving down to 3%. Stop the cut here at 6% and put your mass on. You’re plenty lean to start massing.

Agreed with the above statement. You are very very lean and there wont be much difference if you drop to 3 for very long. I mean 3% isnt exactly maintainable its almost stage ready. Why not clean bulk now? You are very lean which means you probably wont gain fat quickly

I’ll give you a higher rating if you can show me some videos of you owning it up in some boxing matches. Other then that your small pretty much everywhere, though you didn’t post many pictures. Chest and shoulders look alright. Winning the Olympics is a mighty goal, how are you right now in terms of fighting?

MATE IT IS COMMON SENSE IF I DROP AND RETAIN 3% THEN I CAN PUT ON MASS AND STILL BE 64-66KGS AND LOOK LIKE I AM A MIDDLEWEIGHT BUT IF I JUS PUT ON MASS I WILL GO UP 2 69KGS AND JUS LOOK BULKY,IF I DROP TOO 3% AND BE 61KGS I CAN PUT ON 4KGS OF MUSCLE THERE IS FUCK ALL BOXERS THAT DO TAT AND NO ABOUT NUTRITION,I AM TAKIN IN ABOUT 160-180GRAMS OF PROTEIN A DAY AND ABOUT 40GRAMS OF CARBS AND FIBRE A DAY ONLY HAVE SUGAR AFTER MY BOXING TRAINING,TWO MONTHS AND WILL STICK UP A NEW PICTURE AND SHOW U THE DIFFERENCE

NOT EXACTLY THE V DIET JUS HAVE NO CARB PROTEIN SHAKES ALL DAY WITH MY VITAMINS AND FISH OILS CAUSE WEN I AM TRAINING TWICE A DAY WEIGHTS AND CARDIO JUS WANA BURN FAT AND JUS HAVE A LOT OF VEG AT THE END OF MY DAY TO KEEP ME HAPPY AND STILL GETTING MY FOOD IN,SETTIN A NEW TREND WAT BOXERS DO U NO AT 3% AND CAN RETAIN IT ALL YEAR ROUND AND HAVE MORE ENERGY THAN A DOG IN HEAT,FOR YEARS IT HAS BEING DONE AND IS STILL BEING DONE BOXERS NOT DOING WEIGHTS AND NOT NOING FUCK ALL ABOUT NUTRITION,TWO BOXERS I NO NO TAT HAVE DONE PROPER WEIGHTS FOR BOXERS IS RICKY HATTON AND MIKE TYSON AND LOOK AT TYSON IN HIS PRIME WUD KNOCK OUT A HORSE.

Understood I didnt know how close you were to your weight class is all. I was merely pointing out that maintaining 3% would be hard to do for very long at all.
