I’ve been working out in gyms for twenty-one years now and have never seen anyone squat ‘ass-to-grass’ deep in person…
I’ve heard alot of people claim to squat that low, but when I’ve got the chance to see them squat, they were no where near ‘ass-to-grass’…
I’ve squatted with a several people that compete in the USAPL (U.S. branch of the IPF) and even none of them squatted ‘ass-to-grass’ (they did have very good depth though)…
the only place I’ve seen any one squat ‘ass-to-grass’ is on a video of the smaller oly lifters…
I’m guessing (assuming) the vast majority of you ‘ass-to-grass’ squatters are full of shit and squatting no where near ‘ass-to-grass’…
