Is box squatting to a flat bench good depth for a squat and I don’t want dumbass commenting ass to the grass I just need an answer
Maybe for a high above parallel box. Parallel being defined as the crease of the hip going below the top of the knee. Or if you’re really really tall.
Mine goes where my hips alligned with my knees is that still okay or drop it to decline to get a little lower

You certainly don’t want to box squat to an angle so I wouldn’t put it on a decline.
But is it all right for my knee to alligned with hip is that good depth
Is it Okay that my hips alligned with my knees is it still okay depth for powerlifting
I’m not sure what you mean. If you can get a video up, I could tell for sure.
Like I mean when I squat to the bench my hips are alligned with my knees is this good depth
yes
Okay thank you I’m trying to get a 700lbs squat

I’m 6’ tall and have normal leg lengths. 15" is parallel for me. Most benches at commercial gyms are super high. The ones I’ve measured were anywhere from 19" to 22". Even my Elitefts bench is 17.5" tall. The EFS box squat boxes adjust from 11-16" BTW.
Aside from that, you say that you are looking for a 700# squat. No offense, but guys that squat 700# usually don’t ask if squatting to a bench is a good depth. MOST guys that squat 700# know what’s up.
MAybe your ultimate goal is 700 as mine is 1K? IDk, just busting your ballz a bit because of your “no dumbass” comment up there
I’m no depth nazi but this is “parallel” according to the rule book.
I’m about right with the diagram maybe just a cm above but thank you for all the answers just wanna make sure I’m not cheating myself

Video yourself. Even if it’s with your cell phone, to critique yourself. Things often look very different than they feel. Kind of like fat chicks in the dark lmao. You’ll be able to nit pick yourself and you’ll likely find things / weaknesses you weren’t aware of.
Consider that the bench will compress and/or flex
Thanks for the advice should I do front or from the side

Depends on your stance and walkout. I prefer the front.
I do wide stance low bar squat
