Have been training seriously for about 2 years.I started out at a chunky 160lbs in the summer of 08, and moved on up since. Looking to hit 200 at least, but mostly train for strength and size. Just recently put on 8lbs of muscle in about a month and a half so I’m pretty happy about that.
I read a lot on this site but rarely post but Ill be posting progress pics along with my logs as the time goes on, for now I need to head to class. Thanks all! Tips and stuff are always welcomed, help me get huge!
