Currently doing boring but big, I’ve been doing my work sets and my boring but big sets from a dead stop. Do you think the boring but big sets would be best done touch and go?
my thinking is that touch and go would allow me to get the volume in easier and maybe work at a higher percentage but dead stop allows me to practice competion form more. I know I’m probably overthinking this but id just like to know what you believe is best
Thanks

In a similar recent thread, Jim recommends using dead stops for 5/3/1 sets and touch and go for FSL. I can’t see a reason why this wouldn’t apply for BBB assistance.
