just got back from the ship, zero percent chance I make it to the gym today, or home form the office for that matter…

Traps are sore as hell from the cleans. Diet wise im really just trying to make sure I get in 200g protein minimum a day, the rest…well its an issue right now. Have another 4-8 hard weeks until presale where things will be crazy, so im just trying to get in the gym, lift some heavy stuff and eat enough protein. Thank god for for total body training right now.

Farted around with some curls too but the cleans wiped me. I’ve always done power cleans, so this was really my first time since high school doing a normal clean, couldt beleive how out of breath i would get. Going to use that format when logging, label either power/squat for the technique and hang/floor for starting position. First time putting 225 on incline since my shoulder injury. Would like to get a full 5x5 on it before moving back to flat bench. Time for ice pack on shoulder and sushi for the belly. Have a good weekend guys

So I havent touched a weight or done anything really since my last post. Still hanging in around 175, pic was taken a few days back. Been a lot of long nights, early mornings and travel for work. A lot of alcohol as well, kind of felt like a pressure valve releasing some pent up stuff over the weekend in miami.

Planning on getting back in tonight. Nutrition wise, loosely tracking my macros, trying to get in 200-250 protein, keeping fat low and carbs moderate. Havent had much time lately so if i drop off the T-Nation radar again ill try to make sure to at least have some updates in here.

Loser “promoters” middle-manning unsuspecting bands, who have been convinced they have to buy tickets to their own show ahead of time to sell to their own fans. It’s a somewhat new model of operation in the live music business that ass rapes the bands and pays a bunch of greasy do-nothings.

Gotcha, when you see the bands that are going to be performing you will realize that isnt even an option here.

Power Clean from floor
185x3 for 3 sets

Front Squat
185x5 for 3 sets.

Nothing crazy, just in and out. Will hopefully get a conditioning session in tonight.

One more thing, so since I got back from miami I have been accidentally IF’ing. Which means I havent had time or forget to eat until around 1ish. Getting in 1-3 solid meals and the rest protein powder to make sure I get 225-250gs. Was 171.5 this morning…wtf.
