Losing Fat - A Log

So I noticed a few logs about peoples diets, posting pictures, diet, and training. I’d like to start one of these. I’ve been dieting for awhile. Down from 254 at my heaviest, to around 213 now. I don’t like scales so I’m not sure exactly what I am now. I’d like to do this to keep track, and get some helpful insight from knowledgeable members. Does anybody contest this? If so I will stop. Here is everything for today plus first picture.

2/26 No class today.
9:00 Am: Wake up, 2 HOT-ROX, Two servings of oatmeal, plus two scoops of Metabolic Drive.
500 Kcal exactly.
I can’t do my own lift since I have to follow my football team’s. I wish I had a more fat loss oriented program but I will have to deal with it.

10:00 am: Lift
Power Cleans 4 x 3
Push Jerk 4 x 3
Clean Pull 4 x 4

Pull up 3 x 12
Back Hyperextensions 2 x 15
DB Row 2 x 10

Db curl 21’s 3 sets
Hammer Curls 3 x 8
Partner Neck work, 2 sets.
Calf Raises 3 x 10

Post workout, 20 grams whey 20 grams dextrose, 5 grams creatine.

12:30: I have a meal plan so I have to eat in the cafeteria.
8 oz, grilled chicken breast. 1 apple, 1 bananna. 3 fish oil capsules.

3:30: 400 Calorie Met-Rx protein bar, I usually don’t eat them but I was on the run.

6:30: 8 oz, same grilled chicken breast(I’ll be eating this a lot) Plate of salad, lettuce and spinach. 3 fish oil capsules.

Its 8 pm now and I will be doing 30 minutes of moderate cardio on the treadmill.

9:30 pm: I will be having 1 1/2 tbsp of Natural peanut butter, a cup of broccoli, and 20 grams of protein. 2 ZMA tablets.
Then I’m going to sleep at around 10:30.

This is me now, will be updating pictures every so often.

I just did my cardio. My legs were a little sore, but they went the problem. I had a lot of trouble with my breathing today for some reason. I got through it though.

I can do rep 225 5 times. I only started squating low a couple of months ago. I can do 275 6 times. I don’t max out at weight just use a percentage chart.

As I go on I will include more overall body pics. Back, legs, sides and more.

Thanks a lot guys, My journey began a long time ago, now I think I’m in the “easy” stage. Food has finally become just fuel for me now.

No weight or cardio training today. Also I won’t be eating any complex carbs today, won’t need em’.

7:00: No more than 1 cup of broccoli, only 20 gram of Metabolic Drive. I was in a hurry.

9:30: Had to eat early, because I was starving. Ate 4 eggs and a banana. They had apple jacks, up in the student union today. That shit looked good,but I didn’t really think about eating it.

12:30: 8 oz. of chicken in the campus center, always fucking chicken. Then coming back to the room, to eat broccoli.

3:30: 40 grams of Metabolic Drive, 1/4 cups of almonds.

Now after this its going to be tough. I’m pretty sure I can’t have my chicken at 6:30. I have a work study program I have to deal with, they will probably try to feed me pizza. Piss on that. I’ll just rather starve for 5-6 hours. Don’t know what I’m going to eat yet when I get back.

Last night I was reading Siddhartha, he is buddah, for any of you who didn’t know. It’s amazing how he fasted, and went inward so much for "nirvana’. The theory of nirvana reminds me a lot of trying to build your perfect physique. You do so much to attain it, even though you probably never will. It is a constant struggle.

I got to have my dinner at 6:30, and had 1/4 cup almonds with 20 grams Metabolic Drive at 1:30.

I can’t wait for the Arnold this weekend. One of the best parts about living in C-bus.

Today is as follows.

9:00 am: 2 servings of oatmeal, 1 1/2 scoop of Metabolic Drive. 2 HOT-ROX

10:00 am: Lift

4 x 3 Deadlift
4 x 4 squat, at 55, 65, 75, 85% of Max
4 x 4 bench, same ^^
5,4,3,3- Front Squat
3 x 5 Incline Bench
3 x 10 Seated Military DB
2 x 10 DB Front Raise
3 x 10 Dips

PWO: 20 g whey + 20 g dextrose

12:00 pm: 8 oz chicken, Cheerios in skim milk + banana(Probably not the best, but I have to improvise.

3:00 pm: 1/4 cup almonds, 20 grams Metabolic Drive

6:00 pm: 8 oz chicken broccoli

9:00 pm: 2 tbsp natural pb, 20 grams Metabolic Drive.

Going to do a 30 minute session of cardio for sure, 2 if I feel like it.

30 minutes of cardio turned into 45.

I feel really light today, no doubt I’ve lost fat since Monday, here’s today.

7:30: I had what they like to call eggs in the campus center, and oatmeal.

10:30: 40 grams Metabolic Drive, broccoli.

1:00: 8 oz. Chicken, whatever veggies.

3:00: 40 grams Metabolic Drive. (probably no carbs, since I won’t be able to lift or do cardio today, no excuses my schedule is weird today)

I have to work a track meet from here on out so I don’t know how I’m going to do things. Thank god it’s friday, things will be normal next week.

I weigh 206 pounds, now. 213 was a couple of weeks old I think when the above pic was taken.
Can’t believe I was once above 250.

10:00 am: 1 cup of brocolli, 40 grams of Metabolic Drive.

1:00 pm: 4 whole eggs(I’m at home now so I know they’re quality eggs) 1 cup broccoli.

Then It’s off to the arnold. During this time I’m going to improvise.

Great job on the fat loss so far, you have the numbers to prove it. You’re on a roll, so stick with it.

However, and this is without seeing the numbers, you seem to be eating very little for an active young guy. Take care that you’re not undereating, that’s nothing but trouble (been there, done that).

I’m happy people at least one person is looking at this. So for that I will stay posting. I’ll start posting again tomorrow after noon. Plus an ass load of pics I’ll have taken tomorrow. You should notice progress from the picures taken two weeks prior. I might look a little bloated though. Ate so much tonight, first time in weeks I cheated.

I’m sure there are more people reading, just not posting comments. Post those progress pics and I’m sure you’ll get comments on those.

Woke up at 11:00 am I love weekends and It’s nice to be home from school a little bit. I almost didn’t make it home last night you’ll see why soon.

I did 30 minutes fasted as soon as I woke up.
Then my first meal of the day was 12 slices of deli turkey, and a cup of broccoli.
