Hey HolyMac, when we gonna get that PF video, you puss-ay?

I’m pretty sure there was a ‘forearm pain’ thread on here within the last few weeks. I also think there’s one about it in the T-cell alpha.

Hammer curls and high rep band curls helped me to the point it’s pretty much gone, though. Try that.

Yep, that’s about right

This seemed like a cleverly disguised “Hey guys, I can bench 300 pounds” post.

Cleverly?

fixed your post

I was wondering the same thing. When I close grip bench press over 300lbs, my “arms” hurt too.

on a related note, after my dynamic effort bench work, I’ve been working in my own sort of “225lb bench test”. after my last d/e day last week, I benched 225 for 21 reps…but my arms started to hurt at the end. does anyone else experience this?

My elbows really start hurting after i bench moretheneveryoneelseinthegym pounds…help?

My back hurts after I smoked some PCP and deadlifted a volkswagen. Anyone else experience this??

Even if it wasn’t a poor braqgging attempt, why is it in GAL…?

OP - you’ve been around almost a year, you should know better.
