When ever i do pushups after my 10ish rep my left wrist or my elbows starts cracking and now after i started today’s workout my right knee felt a bit weak it didnt hurt but it disturb me a bit when i was running.
What is it and how do i correct it?
I have similar problems with both my wrists and shoulders… specifically if I am doing a high number of pull-ups. I believe it is a lot more common than you think, and as long as it isn’t causing you pain, I wouldn’t worry about it. If you happen to find an answer though, let me know.
Yeah I actually used to have this problem as well. Same movements too. For me, it went away with time and size so if its not hurting you I wouldn’t worry about it. I’m guessing you’re fairly skinny? And probably ectomorphic… thats where you’re weak wrists come in. I have the same problem

Dfresh, interesting… i am a classic ectomorph as well. hopefully as i put on some size it will go away

Really… hmm well its not what I thought, butstill its probably nothing major. If you’re really concerned you can go get an x-ray
