@tlgains, like I said up there man, no work today, did this fasted and I felt weak as shit. Got lightheaded as hell on the 120 and the 105s after. Did not feel strong but I got in, did it, and maybe next week I’ll feel better about it.
To be honest I don’t think I’ve done it for long enough or have strained hard enough on it to really know for sure… My shoulders get pumped by the end of the sets, but it could be a combination of that and the rows.
You have a landmine attachment right? Might be something to try out.
Do you do them standing or kneeling? I’ve seen stuff online of people doing them both ways. I do have a landmine attachment, so I might try it one day.
I used to do kneeling but now I do standing, I think kneeling is more difficult though so I may switch back.
I’d definitely at least give them a try for a few weeks
Had a bit of a covid scare this weekend. Had a brain poke test done Saturday which I’m still waiting on results and a quick test this morning that came back negative. Fiancee also tested negative so I think I’m good to go. No fever or anything. Took it easy all weekend, didn’t eat a whole lot due to being scared as shit so I’m down a couple lbs, but feeling good. Stress level should level out and food intake will be going up. Today felt good.

90 second rest between 10x5. 90, 120 and 180 second between supersets because I was dying. Sweating my ass off, lungs are on fire. Deadlift moved well.
@garagerocker13 I was just looking at the anchor cycle for pervertor and was wondering how you worked the joker sets in. I’m assuming you don’t necessarily want to hit both jokers on every lift through the anchor? Not sure what Jim means when he wrote 1-2 jokers as needed?
Definitely don’t hit both on every lift, otherwise you’ll dig a recovery hole that will take forever to get out of. I did jokers if I felt good after the PR sets. Usually it was a jump of 10% of TM each time. One time I did a third because the second flew up, but for the most part just stuck to 1 or 2.
