I was having the Deepwater Scaries before sets 5-10 on push press. Ended up getting them all, but this is going to be a challenge as the rest time gets shorter. Huge pump, feeling strong and big. I’m consistently weighing in over 213.5 in the morning.
I like the final burnout on the primary assistance move last set. I’m going to try to add small amounts of weight to the main assistance moves weekly and reps to the secondary ones that I’m throwing in at the end.
