Bodyfat testing methods?

Im curious, what methods of bodyfat analysis does everyone use?I almost always use the mirror-but I also use a Tanita-just as a guide of course. The reason I ask,is last time I went on a cutting phase,I got down to the 7% range, and looked it-I figured the Tanita was probably on track-but I then went on a bulking,Androsol,Tribex stack, and slowly increased calories until I had gained, over the course of about 10 months, about 15lbs.I am now cutting again, and Im looking as lean as ever-My bdywt is a couple pounds over,as to be expected(Id HOPE so anyway!!)what it was last year-but the Tanita reads 11%!?!And its BEEN that way for 3 weeks now!I always use it at the same time, same hydration state(1st thing Sun morn, right after waking, after a.m. b-room trip…)Not sure if I should be alarmed,or what. Are calipers more accurate?Ive never used em,but I may need a more solid way of testing my bodyfat year round,so I know Im making steady gains, and not LOSING it all when I go on a cutting phase. Thanks in advance for any ideas!!
