the dexa scan or water displacement are the most accurate. Those hand held body fat readers (which send a current through you) are not very accurate at all. They make assumptions based on age weight and sex. The 4 point skin fold body fat test can be accurate if you get someone who is very good at taking it and always stick with the same reader…obviously it can very depending on who measures it.

It’s easy & repeatable if that’s good enough?
