Make sure to gel your hair before your workout it will keep you from working up a sweat in fear of ruining your sweet do! Also make sure to wear a Lacoste polo size XS, and after your set of curls fist pump your boyz for repping out with the 15’s[/quote]

There was a guy at my old gym maybe 18-20. He would workout in deep V Dolce & Gabbana T’s and had gelled hair.

Almost every freaking day. And most of the time that comes out of nowhere, I’ve yet to come with an appropriate response to this,so far the only thing I managed to do is give people the death stare.
Don’t squat at greater than 45 degree angle, or you could get seriously injured. Squatting to parallel will fuck your knees up after a month or two. Squat safely!
Deadlift with a rounded back, so that you can recruit all of your back muscles. Squatting with a straight back puts a lot of stress on small groups of muscles and can cause you to injure yourself.
The only press you should do is a bench press, and only when you’re at the gym with at least two or three other guys. If you only have one spotter they might not be able to keep the weight off you. Never touch the weight to your chest when benching. When spotting, make sure you do as much lifting as your partner on the bench after letting the weight fall, so he can do more sets and maximize his gains.
Bring girls you know and talk to them frequently. Girls love a guy who works out. Don’t be afraid to stop doing any exercises for thirty minutes at a time, it’s a valuable rest period.
Spend at least two hours in the gym. The longer you’re there, the more hardcore you are. Quick workouts are for people who clearly aren’t taking it as seriously as you.
Don’t eat eggs. They’re high in cholesterol. THAT STUFF CAN KILL YOU.
Don’t eat a lot of meat, it’s high in fat and you’ll become obese. Juice and milk have more calories than soda does, so avoid it at all costs. Beer helps you burn fat, so drink a lot of it, every day if possible.
Only eat fruits and vegetables, they’re healthy for you and low in fat!
Don’t go to the gym more than three times a week, overexercise can kill you.

Yeah lol
Just laugh at them and tell them they are a fucking idiot.
Don’t try to add weight to any exercise, EVER.
Don’t ramp, you want to be fresh when you work out.
Do chest everyday for 2 hours and joke around with your friends in between sets of cable crossovers.
Don’t train legs.
Don’t train back except for the occasional lat pulldown, and remember to use your arms as much as possible.
Resistance bands>P90X>Cables>Machines>Smith>Dumbbells>Barbells
(this describes my friends perfectly).
Stare at anyone lifting a heavy weight and then attempt it when you think noone is watching.
Ask someone stronger and bigger than you how they got that way then ignore or disagree with their answer.
