Bodybuilding: I Don't Want To Be Big Training

Make sure that every 1lb in bodyweight gained is ALL muscle! It may take 5 years to gain 25lbs, but at least you won’t get fat.

Read everything you can, and when something new comes out, do it, change everything (switch it up, confuse the muscles!). Don’t forget to log onto T-Nation and tell everyone how great it’s working for you (after 2 weeks of trying it).

Make sure that this time next year, your lifting poundages are still the same (or a MAXIMUM of 20lbs more)

When you reach the dreaded plateau and muscle gains stall, CHANGE your routine. Never stick to your routine for more than 3 weeks, otherwise your body will just adapt…it’s got nothing to do with eating more protein/calories and making sure strength is progressing upwards.

Whoa, wait a minute there mate…overtraining like that’ll wreck you

Fools, you are all too swole to be offering this advice. It needs to be from someone more “ripped” who has obviously “put in the work” to be 150 lbs and shredded at 6 ft tall. Also, the only way to hit all your hawt abzz for teh sexah is to do leg raises on the bench press while holding 135 above your throat. (don’t worry, I’ll have my fingers crossed you drop it the whole time)

Forget AAS,

Crystal meth is TEH drug that will give you a edge to burn that extra muscles off.

Make sure to always wear tight Under Armour from head to toe, then you can check your ripped skeleton without needing to lift your shirt all the time (dont want to overtrain).

Also remember to superset every exercise with a high rep set of seated cellphone holds, alternating arms of course.

Oh hai … be right back not eating for 5 hours after my workout because I just got back from the gym and don’t want to get fat.

Remember, all powerlifters are fatties.

A word of caution. I ate a hamburger once and gained a full inch on my arms. Stay away from hamburgers, they are worse than hard work and teh roidz.[/quote]

You got it all wrong: veggie burgers is where it’s at.
You dinkus.

Veggie burgers without the bun.

Your top concerns should be avoiding overtraining and changing your workout every week to practice muscle confusion. You body can’t handle more than 25 grams of protein per sitting so don’t bother with protein shakes, you’ll piss it all out anyway.

I would reccomend doing every single machine for every bodypart everyday!

Chill in the squat rack

Don’t train legs!!!

Interestingly enough if you look at the third guy back on the left (barely see him) it looks like he could have a good set of wheels if he tried.

/offtopic

Do push-ups or calisthenic squats between every set of every exercise.

lol would love to see someone try and apply this to a push press or snatch

Watch carefully and imitate what the smallest and weakest most awkward people who don’t make progress in the gym over long stretches of time.

Warning: A small weak person may actually be doing something to get big and show signs of ‘progress’. If you notice this, then IMMEDIATELY STOP imitating them and do the OPPOSITE (plus extra cardio and perhaps a sauna).

Always make sure to remain ‘functional’ and keep your body weight down. Big legs equals difficulties running. Getting too big means you will get your ass kicked in a fight because you punch slow.

BTW this has to be the best thread I’ve ever seen on any bodybuilding forum. lol
