Don’t forget lots of steady state cardio! No one is more impressed than when seeing an absolutely shredded physique, so make sure to put in your treadmill time everyday, preferably BEFORE any weight work, because the cardio is more important, and you want to do it when you’re freshest.

Don’t lift weights. Just empty soda cans.
Also - carbohydrates make you fat and give you diabetes. Don’t EVER eat them!!!

To add to that, make sure you do your jump roping in between sets of leg raises on the bench. You can do these after your 4 sets of 8 with the same weight you’ve always used on bench press.
Absolutely NO deadlifts! They make too much noise

I wonder how much time until that post gets edited.
Stay away from the girls, they’ll make your dick get all big and swole.
Soy, soy, soy!
Try at least one new exercise EVERY workout, if you can’t think of a new exercise and have already tried all the ones from your years subscription to Men’s Health then just blend two completely different exercises together. Be sure that one exercise would normally require at least twice as much weight as the other.
Train really hard every day for two weeks straight, but be sure to have a few weeks off afterwards for balance.
You have to have balance in your life so feel free to get drunk every weekend and chase girls, make up for it with 150 pushups before you go to bed.
If you actually did pull a girl (HIGH FIVE!) then just do 50 in the bathroom before you get down. It will give you a sweet pumpz that she will melt for, the 3 minutes of sex will be equivolent to 100 pushups you missed.
You shouldn’t have to give up all the things you love, you can eat your half block of chocolate a day as long as you mostly starve yourself the rest of the day apart from 2-3 meals of really healthy stuff like plain rice cakes, unflavored unsalted chicken breast, vegetables or tuna from the can.

[i]Dear D,
I don’t know what I was thinking. I was doing 24 sets of curls (24 reps each) directly working my bicetpts! I did this every day for 24 days (It was the 24/24/24 GermoSlovakian Volume Curling Routine).
On the 25th day, I woke up and I was HUGE! (This was today).
WHAT CAN I DO?!?!! I DIDN’T WANT TO GET BIG!!
Signed,
24-2-D-Max

OK, OK, OK, OK… Again- Don’t.Panic.
Remember the words of “The Mighty Stu” (above).
You will do 3 workouts per day for the next 6 months. Your workouts will begin with no less than 60 minutes of fasted cardio except for Yohimbine and water-- MY GOD, MAN, DON’T FORGET THE WATER!!!
After your cardio, you will follow up with Tabata Bosu Pushups. DO NOT-- I REPEAT DO NOT DO KIPPED PULLUPS during these next 6 months. The direct indirect training of the biceps after 24/24/24 will cause them to just explode and you’ll end up walking around with Godawful 24 inch arms-- an NOBODY wants to be THAT big.
Don’t forget to cool down after each workout with 60 minutes of cardio.
Do not eat too much protein it just turns into fat.
don’t worry about how much weight you lift just do high reps and you will etch in the definition
people who bench 365 are not impressive if they have a 38" waist

As per your advise I was wondering what the best two exercise combo would be, so I had to search for a bosu ball squat and a bicep curl combo to see if such glory could ever exist. But I never could have imagined would I would end up discovering. A bosu ball squat curl with a shoulder press at the end. For all you lunk heads out their don’t worry she also has video of a regular old bosu ball squat curl.

Yeah, definitely good if you don’t want to get too bulky. But the important thing is to make sure you use a conjugated undulating mesocycle of the following:
Mon: Bulgarian split squat (10 sets of 3)
Wed: Russian twist (10 sets of 3)
Fri: Turkish get-up (10 sets of 3)
Nottooswoletown, USA. Population: you.
Remember, any exercise that can be done, can be done on a Swiss Ball. Not only will this improve the effectiveness of the movement, but it will add to your core stability, and that’s just what we all need more of, especially bodybuilders!

Hey guyz I did too many deadlifts on monday and my traps have gone a bit sticky-uppy…Is there anything I can do too bring them down?I tried putting on a heavy schoolbag to push them down but it didnt help.
Also is it true that water has no calories?I’ve cut alot of it out of my diet because I think its making me fat.

HAHAHA that is so funny and SO depressing. Seriously?! that exercise is completely retarted for ANY goal apart from getting better at that exact exercise.
Favorite quote, “if you’ve been lifting a while move up to the 10-12 pound weight” lol

The other day after my top set of deads someone came up to me and asked if I could “drop them more quietly” (this is true!).
I immediately saw the wisdom of his words and proceeded to quit deadlifting - I’m already too big for most women you see - and decided to follow up with half an hour on the treadmill followed by a quick session of the following bodyweight circuit:
jumping jacks
bicycle kicks
step ups (onto a 6" box)
jogging on the spot
Boy was I pooped, but I already feel more toned than ever!
