The great de-balling of 2011, where apparently 95% of men got their nuts cut off.

Why not do bodyparts a little more frequently and rotate through 2-3 exercises each time you hit a bodypart?
e.g.
Monday Squats
Friday Leg press
And so on (frequency = whatever you get strongest from)
Op, there is a surefire way to overcome this issue you are having. Its a 2 step process and luckily for you (you may have some cognitive issues) it doesn’t matter which step you do first.
Step 1: try a pre workout supp/caffine. Get your energy right.
Step 2: Stop being a pussy!
If neither of these work, then it may not be your fault and you should consult a physician as you may actually have a medical problem.

Step 3: Work hard in life, increase your capacity - in other words, get a job you bum!

It started on a volunteer basis in the late 90s, they started offering a tax credit in 05, and I understand it will be mandatory for anyone male born after 1999 starting in 2016.
Avoid avoidance. It’s the reason I can bench as much as I can squat. I tend to much prefer the deadlift over the squat, so I avoided the squat like the plague. Now my back squat is in desperate need for attention. Silly college lifting

It always starts out as voluntary…then it’s only a matter of time.
if you think back squats are a quad exercise then they are bound to feel awkward, yes.
x2 what hallowed said. make yourself do them first. you will learn to like 'em.
