Body Full of Injuries and a Specialist's Advice

Hey there everybody.

I have had a lot of complaints the last year, before that I was working out for a good solid year and just started focussing on powerlifting. Never had complaints until then. Was forced to quit training due to other reasons and regretted it till today.

my physical therapist also advises me to go to the gym again and says it will help me battle my upper and lower back pains
my conditions are;
Structural leg length difference (right leg beinh longer then my left one)
winged scapula on the right side
being hyper mobile
My question being ; Am I able to get stronger and bigger with these conditions and how does anyone advise me to do this ?
knowledge here is pathetic in the Netherlands, thins like ART are completely new to me since did some research before coming here… So please help me out

You can get bigger or stronger with virtually any kind of imbalance or ailment. The problem is, your body will start breaking down or you’ll develop pains and shit as you proceed.

And at least you get free healthcare. Be glad for it.
