Drop the fucking No xplode. I have no idea what purple K is, but if you bought it off of bodybuilding.com drop it as well.
Eat more. You want to weight 200lbs+? Eat like you want to weight 300lbs then. You’re not taking in enough of anything it looks like. Look up some articles here on nutrition.
Can’t really comment on your physique. You’re a skinny bastard and you know that…so…other than that…give me that Iphone =D
Oh and give us your stats.
Height, weight, 1rm(or close to it) for bench, squat, and deadlift.
IF you want to link to the picture use the URL tag.
MOD NOTE: Actually, this forum doesn’t recognize IMG tags or URL tags, but you can paste a direct hyperlink. The only way to get pictures to appear in your posts is to either upload them into your profile and then embed them with the [photo] command, or use the Attach Image feature.
You’re tall and obviously an ectomorph so you’re going to have to work hard at it, but as that one link to that one guy shows it can be done. It just won’t happen over night.
And that one pic of you leaning back lifting your shirt up looks…a tad fruity…lol…made me laugh so thanks=)
… double your protein intake? Slide in carbs where appropriate and boost it up, if you see yourself getting fat, slice off some carbs or boost your cardio training intensity post-weights …
The above articles should get you going, but don’t be hesitant to do a little searching yourself. On the main page just click articles and they are categorized by year and such, and it’s easy to scroll through things and find what you want.
Basically you need to get get 1.5g of protein per pound of body weight. Same goes for carbs. You’re tall and skinny so if you just stuff your face and eat a lot and hit the gym hard you should be good to go.
-edit-
Also, don’t be scared about gaining some fat. I don’t know how fast your metabolism is, but it might happen…then again maybe not. If you start to notice you’re not seeing your abs don’t cry like a girl and stop eating. There’s nothing wrong with not seeing your abs if it means you’re gaining weight, putting on mass, and getting bigger. Also I wouldn’t do any cardio at this point because you don’t want to burn any extra calories…you’re going to need all you can get.
Now, when your gut start to hang over your belt line, then you can cut back and up the cardio.

I concur. Oh but at first glance from your original 1st post pic with the pull-up I thought you were 16 years old, 120 lbs and 5feet tall. [/quote]
LOL, so did I. After I found out he was 6’3 and older I kind of felt bad for thinking how damn skinny he was. I forget sometimes how my oldest brother must feel. Really tall, but super skinny.

I thought the same thing but was more worried about the curtain rod failing and crashing to the floor. Terrible pose, with the girlfriend in the picture taking the “mirror shot.”
I was real close to posting a “Fail” picture until I saw his new pics.
OP,
You’ve obviously got good genetics to be so lean. Sir gave you a few great articles to read. There are many more. My advice is to READ and learn how to eat; the pounds will come but not overnight.
I’m 6’2" and went from 175lbs to 235lbs over the course of about 4+ years. I stay around 215-220lbs now.
It took a ton of hard work and a total change in my diet, but i feel MUCH better in my new frame.
