I wonder about the “Never!” category. Are these folks like me, who hasn’t tested body fat in years because I use the mirror and how I feel about what I see vs. some gadget’s questionable number? Or are they the types who would rather not know because they know it’s not good? (Probably a mix of both.)
FYI: Good article here on the pros and cons of various testing methods:
A “repeatable” body fat measurement is a valuable tool for tracking progress, say from week to week. IMO the skin fold test is the most economical usable body fat test. I frequently used it for bodybuilding competitions.
That said, in the end, the mirror rules (and the judges).

I got mine tested once in 2015.
I use the mirror these days.
I used to use the machine at my old gym to track progress but it seemed really odd that other people took it as gospel. The mirror plus photos are a much approach for me, but if I don’t take a photo it is hard to see the small changes I do make.
daily.
with the most inaccurate device known to man.
useful for watching a trend.
Daily with my scale and once or twice a year with a DEXA scan. I agree with @throwawayfitness -it is useful for watching trends.

Never have. But maybe just for curiosity I might do a BIA or even a DEXA scan this year if I keep working out and eating seriously, just to see some numbers.
