Hey,I wanted to know at what bf% I am and am I going right?My stats are
Weight:85kg
Waist:33in
Height:175cm
Training:6 months
Arm:14in
Chest:45in
Shoulder:53in
Thigh:22
I also have gyno and am 17yo I can see my upper two abs clearly
How are we supposed to tell your bf% from that? Somewhere between 10-20%, that’s as precise as I can be with what you offered.
Just post a photo of yourself.

your definition of being able to ‘see your upper abs clearly’ likely conflicts with the definition that would be used by 99% of the population. You cannot see your abs. You can see the fat that covers your abs, and you can tell where your abs are.
Your bodyfat is above 25%. I do not have the ability to make a more accurate guess than that.
