Ok so on to my workout for today. I wasnt going to go cause of my cold but i woke up feeling ok so I decided to try a little somethin’ somethin’
Legs:
warmed up shooting hoops and then tried a few jumps. I was getting the same height and grabbing rim on every one of my jumps which was nice but I was gassed after the first jump. This cold kinda worked me over today
Then went outside for some squats.

365 x 1 (felt like poop. I was so gassed already)
225 x 24 (<-- was inspired by DF’s tricep destroyer thing and was going to get 25 reps but I lost count. Video of this as well)

There was a bar lying around set up for deadlifts so I decided to try some out. Went for some sumo’s and they felt ok. Never had done them before but was inspired by Liquid Mercurys log.
405 x 1. It didnt feel heavy but some guy started talking to me right as I was going to pull. He through off my concentration and I didnt stay tight. It didnt feel very heavy at all but i just kinda wobbled around. Damn it!
EDIT: After watching that video again… Ughhhhh! “You Gee El Why! You aint got no alibi you ugly! yeah yeah you ugly!”
Then i finished off my legs with some walking lunges.
135 x 10, 10, 9 (<–video of this one, Misjudged my room and only got 4 on the way towards the camera then 5 on the way back.)
all in all it was a pretty good workout considering I wasnt feeling that great. Critique away on the vids you guys. Definitely going to have to work on some stuff here soon.
Weighed 212.5
