Rack pull - 5 purple risers, the step and 35s put it right at the top of the knee. I had no idea where I would end so I wound up doing twice as many sets as required.

I am SO unused to a chica bemoaning skinny. In the non-lifting world, such does not exist. Eat up! My sister baked two birthday cakes for my mom’s party yesterday. Yellow cake with chocolate ganache frosting (melted chocolate with heavy cream) and raspberry filling, and a delicious almond cake. I’ve got leftovers, and I’m a sharer.

Yea and I fucking hate when people tell me I’m perfect (aka skinny) now and shouldn’t put on weight. I don’t want to look like a vicky secret model, I want to look like fucking Brian Dawkins! Hannah Johnson and Cara Heads lift massive weight at <150lbs so I know it can be done. None of this skinny, pretty bullshit. I’ll drop weight and get hot again after I’ve lifted a shitton and am done being fucking awesome. And that’s that.
