Bobbi's Log

Very hot shoes! Love the almond toe! Moar pics in shoes, please?

Yeah, snapper, my feet mean business. I could probably waterski barefoot on these suckers.

Size 4 is teeny tiny! You must have just about as much trouble as I do finding shoes in your size.

Well, my chucks are a men’s size. I’m like a 6.5/7 women’s. And my feet mean business too!

This week my few workouts have been 5,4,3,2,1 pullups and 10,8,6,4,2 pushups supersetted together. Takes 5 minutes. Wham-bam thank you ma’am.

Short, sweet, and brutal. I love it! Gonna steal it, if you don’t mind.

What kind of rest periods do you do through that?

Long enough to paint another coat on my nails or apply bronzer which is typically what I’m doing in between! haha

LOL! How girly!

It has taken me many years to appreciate bronzer. Nailpolish on my nails? Not so much.

I plan on stealing that quick and brutal workout idea.

Yup, also planning on stealing that. It sounds slighly vomituous, but I’m game.

And yeah, that is totally girly!!

your so tough and girly!

I’ll have to try this.
Nailpolish, I never liked; not tidy enough to keep it from chipping.

Yes, those beautiful shoes require legs, please!

Spent the last couple days yacking my brains out with a stomach virus. I’m mostly better now, got in 20ish pullups yesterday and some pushups - just trying to move around. I’ve been on strait liquids since Monday night. On the plus side, my abs look fantastic!

Haha! Ahhh vanity…

get better mama!

way to be positive, lol!

sucks that you got sick…glad you are feeling better!

Been doing my quick push/pull workout and I’m going out hiking today. My body feels great after taking these few weeks off from heavy lifting. My tendonitis is mostly gone, my joints don’t ache, my back and hips have loosened up so I can walk properly again and I’m still holding mass and shape. It’s been wonderful!

x2

Hope you enjoyed the hike.

Holding mass and shape while taking time off is a total WIN.

Just kayaked around Mission Bay - it is really gorgeous here

Does this confirm your previous plan to stay off the heavy lifting and focus on your other goals? The aches and pains just don’t seem worth the Mental satisfaction from super heavy lifting. I’m glad you are feeling great. Kayaking sounds fun!
