Took a nice 5 days off and came back with a bunny workout, still managed to work hard enough to yack in the locker rooms, then worked combos on the heavy bag for an hour. I haven’t tried some of these kicks in 2+ years so I spent a lot of time laughing at myself. haha I’ll link the video when it uploads.

Bunny workout - is that anything to do with staying in bed with a Rabbit, hmm?
haha Bunny workout is a term I use to describe the set/rep scheme of 1-2 sets of 15-20 reps done slow and controlled (like a gym bunny, light weight, lots of reps). If an athlete comes in drained and in need of a soft day I’ll have them do a bunny workout. They’ll do the exercises they have written for the day but change the set/rep scheme.
I can tell my blood sugar is through the floor. Walking out to my car from the gym I was so tired I seriously considered laying down right in the middle of the parking lot. My vision is blurry…good times…haha…but don’t panic…sipping apple juice as I type…
