Maybe it’s a stupid question but when I did my three sets of reps, especially in the beginning my muscles always blocked in the third set and then I had to wait for some seconds to finish my set of reps.
Of course I’ve got to used to the weight but can there maybe be another reason for that? I always had it till I fully got used to the weight and then when I increased the weight it’ was the same story again.
It seems though that you are simply reaching muscular failure by your third set and as you “get used to the weight” get stronger you are able to finish. Although normal I would not suggest you take sets to failure often especially using extended sets like rest/pause.
When your muscles get blocked constantly, you end up with the blocky look. Which isn’t that bad, actually. What is really bad is the bloofy look. Do your muscles often get bloofed during a set?
“yes it adds some water on you DIFF WATER THAN testosterona …more of a from within type of water the blow up effect as we call it not the bloofy effect, but! under this little layer of water the process of anabolizm to the highest degree occure”
I feel like with how many uneducated kids coming through the pharma section, it wouldnt take long until the whole next generation of kids will start saying testosterona
“18 years old, 5ft1 and 112pounds looking at running 500mg testosterona 50mg deebawl eod”
Alright, what does “blocking the muscles” mean? Nobody here seems to get it. You have to find a way to communicate your point effectively if you want a proper answer.
I already got a good answer from the first who answered. In Dutch we would say it like that and it means very simple that I can’t lift the weights anymore and have to wait to go on. I thought it would be clear in English.
