'Blitzkrieg' Lean Mass Gain in Movies Actors

Hello,

It is something that kept my brain busy for a while, and I never dared to ask until now.

When I see actors such as Gerard Butler (300), Daniel Craig (Casino Royal), or recently Taylor Lautner (Twilight New Moon), and that I then learn that for most their training was supposed to be from 3 months to 6 months max (no more)… I keep asking myself how such individuals can acquire, so to speak, such a body in 3-6 months that anyone else would requires 5 years to have, if at all ?

Is there any ‘training secret’ ? Or does these actors took steroids ?

Sorry for this probably stupid question, but I don’t get it.

Regards,
Guillaume.

Obvious troll is obvious.

CGI, camera angles, and some training.

Those guys mostly just got leaner. 3-6 months is plenty of time to get them to that level.

Troll or not, it is now the personal responsibility of each and every member to go and ATG squat for an hour and then eat a lb of steak to make up for this.

They must be on “Creatine” to get so “labuff”.

They use very light weights, some of them pink, for high reps to get a crazy fluid juice bloat in their muscles, which soon fades away after shooting. They also order the supplements marketed on this site.
