I’ve gone from 128 to 168 since I started a couple of years ago. Pictures wouldn’t be worth putting up yet. A couple more years, and I’ll be in very good shape. Knee tendonitis + cartlidge wearing down doesn’t help, but 40lbs without being able to seriously train legs is pretty good progress.

I’ll post up pictures in exactly 1 year and you can see my three year journey. That’s a promise to all. You’ll love my abz people. Love them all over yourselves.

Think about if you had to wrestle Prof,Big Boss, and myself EVERYDAY throughout high school 4 years…plus the “wtf I’m a heavyweight I’m not ever dieting down” approach, yeah, you can turn beast…plus puberty…totally possible.

I weighed 215 ,y frosh year and graduated around 265-70…but I lifted also. But, I know guys that never lifted and only wrestled and played football that were 235-245…not sloppy.

I mean, shut, yu’re pushing and pulling someone who matches or exceeds your bodyweight for two hours a day…then “buddy carrying” that guy up and down stairs til your coach and get his wife off the phone…

But guys that start at smaller weight classes usually “cut up” by the time they graduate because they’ve been used to the constant tuna and sald diet…the mid weight guys are usually the most “jacked” in respects to leaness and muscularity because they actually have to diet plus they are moving a decent weight 170+

Still though, whatever class you’re in, there will be deginite patterns of hypertrophy due to wrestling style. I’m a “torture guy” so my pattern involves pulling you close for bearhugs,trips,and trick throw…so my back and bi’s grew the most…end rambling lol

This reeks of hyperbole. I asked you it was possible to get jacked through wrestling alone (a hypothetical question) and you give me examples of three grown men who lift pretty religiously, but I could theoretically get jacked by wrestling these three grown men throughout high school…

Other considerations: wrestlers have great mind muscle connection because every muscle gets worked so they tend not to have overlooked lagging body parts.

They also have a lot of muscles that even a lot of people who work out don’t have. For instance they have big neck muscles from always resisting that person cranking on your neck.

And biggish forearms bc wrestling is all about grabbing ahold of somebody and making em do something they dont want to do.

So to the uninitiated wrestlers can seem pretty jacked.

I want my future kids to be wrestlers. Its been so handy being able to blow up and embarrass people much bigger than me.
