Blending Size & Strength Routine

Was thinking about starting this program, has there been any success stories or personal opinions on the results from this style of program?

Will it work? Sure, if you train hard, eat right, and change up your training every 4-6 weeks, it’ll work.

ive done it and it definately gave me results, especially with strength. its a tough one though thats for sure

It works, but what doesn’t?

Definitely increased my strength, so I was happy with that.

The upper/lower split was new for me, but I enjoyed the change of pace and being able to work antagonistic muscle groups (a bench set, then a row set, repeat). I’m not sure if the article advocated antagonistic sets, but I did them and think they’re great/
