Friday I drove home to see my gf and
my car’s upper radiator hose leaked and caused me headaches… got that fixed up saturday…
Didn’t weigh in today but I confirmed that my scale is down at least 8 lbs as I weighed in on Sunday at my house at 248… clearly I didn’t gain 10 lbs… my scale is just off 10 lbs… which is disheartening that I weigh 250 ish… but actually kind of makes me smile. as I look damn good for 250.
Went shopping saturday with the Gf to get some new dress shirts because my old ones look ridiculous.
I’m 17.5" neck… according tot he women in the store… 36/37 length arm… puts me at an XL-XXL Shirt…
I currently have been wearing XL and it looks like i’m ready to someone’s parachute.
So I say fuck it, try on a medium… it fits in the body just fine and the arms are 34/35 so those are ok… its just the neck is a 15.5" too small but I don’t button it at work anyway…
Who would’ve thought I’d fit into the body of a M sized dress shirt… the woman at the store said I’m doing it wrong, I put it on, she was flabbergasted.

I have a very odd body type… and I submit to you that I am 250 lbs of mainly muscle and shall be shredded at 225.
