I saw Shemar Moore on the cover of a mag (<3), flipped through it and saw that he was going to explain his functional total body workout or something.
Not worth it =/
Double post.
Just got Google Chrome and still adapting. Heehee

finished with trying out the DC arm stretches. Don’t think I did the tricep one right, it bothered my shoulder.
The bicep one was killer. Held it for about 40 seconds and I was shaking.
Here’s a picture taken right after the workout as soon as I got to my car. Biceps look good, triceps…don’t. haha. Probably because they were cooling down by that point.
Arms? I’m seeing your lats. Looking great Blaze. Lots of forearm development too.
That arm workout looks brutal. Those are some heavy curl variations. I’ll bet everything was getting really toasty. Nice job.

You can be featured on another mag to explain unfunctionality.
I’m sure arm days are unfunctional or something or the other.
How far are you into this cycle thingy?
Great results thus far.

How do you like your new split?
I’m loving this one body part a day training. Mainly because I can kill a muscle group quickly and thoroughly.

Ha. Thanks ![]()
So far, it’s too early to tell.
One BP a day is always good for that.
I told myself I’d be able to get through workouts faster with it split up like this…nope…still took two hours. lol. I need to cut down on the rest times, but I like taking long rests, and then I spot my lifting partners, and the time adds up.
Lats looking thick in that photo, killing it dude!

Nice benching dood! I got work to do to catch you on those DB Flats and Bench. Are those DB presses w/ no lockout for ze pumpz?

The first couple sets were done no lockout, but the last two I was focused enough on pressing the weights up that I didn’t want to have to think about it, and did full lockout.
Solid pressing man. You’re making some nice strength gains in here. How’s the BW these days?
were those Rack Pulls?
Um, give them back.
