your arm insertions are very very similar to mine. Your posing isnt the most flattering either in some poses, lol, but overall man you’re doing a good job. Get those weights up, get the food in, and in a few years you’ll be a big fella.
Haha. I know my posing is a little rough. Hearing my arms are like yours is a good thing, as you got yours pretty big, I hopefully can too! Thanks for stopping in!

Nice lats, Blaze! Even from the front, you’ve got quite a bit of back showin’. Overall, looking good. Enjoyed the vids. Everybody seems to be on the Pendalays lately. I guess I’m gonna have to try them. I used DBs for my incline bench tonight and I liked them. I seem to be able to hit my lower chest better, more control or something.
EDIT: Oh, and staying up at school for the summer is awesome. Fewer people, less crowded classrooms, and I got my B.S. out of the way in 3 years that way!
Thanks, Powerpuff! Pendlays are awesome for developing back strength. Glad you liked the db incline as well. Unfortunately, with my major (computer engineering), I’m probably going to have to take summer school just to make it out in 4 years.

Thanks! I’m planning on it!
About to take a nap before working out in 2 hours. Loaded and unloaded a trailer full of logs with Matt. Easily 2000+lbs worth of logs, average weight being 150lbs or so. Attatched is a picture of the fully loaded trailer and truck bed.
