225x3 PR Slowest last rep everrrrr. Paused in tricep land, didn’t know if I was going to get it, but I managed to grind it out. My back cramped when I was arching, too. Not fun lol.
Holy Delt pump. Didn’t hit ant. delts because they’re still sore from yesterday.
I didn’t train traps today because I’m going to try doing some strongman training tomorrow night with an amateur strongman who I’ve talked to in the gym from time to time. Most likely heavy farmers walks and maybe some Yoke. Seeing as I’m doing legs tomorrow, yoke will likely be crazy hard if we do that.

nice shoulder work man, I need to try and throw some laterals into the mix on a DE upper day or something, to get the “swole” look goin on.
Strongman training should be awesome, get some vids!
Yeah, laterals are good for bringing up your shoulder side for sure. Def. have noticed a difference in my shoulder development now that I’m putting a lot of emphasis on the lateral head of my delt.
I’m going to try to get some videos for sure. Hopefully it doesn’t rain tomorrow, or we won’t be able to do the training.
Stronman training on leg day? That’ll be brutal. Whenever I decide to push my car or do farmer walks after legs, I think better of it lol
Guess what… I did some shoulders today too <3
Haha. Yeah, he is, but he’s not the only one who’s awesome
Yeah I was going to wait until after the strongman training to train legs, but tyler pretty much told me that if I didn’t do legs before the strongman, I wouldn’t do them at all. So I might just not do the accessory work, I might just do my squats.
Of course you did, we’re the Together Team <3 lol.
I absolutely hate rear delts on an incline bench lol. With the meadows principles I use, I stick exclusively to the rear delt machine (reverse pec deck) so I commend you for those rear delt raises man. Good stuff and nice PRs!

Haha aaaannnddd that’s why I’m not in the Marines. lol. No, I just think that farmers walks and yokes will be hard enough after heavy squats without adding rain into the mix.

I’m not awesome geez. Don’t make me complacent.
Strongman training should be fun. Go and get yoked!
Sure you are haha. No one said you had to become complacent(Though if you do, it’ll make my secret goal of catching you in lifts and bodyweight easier muhahaah). I’m looking forward to the strongman training for sure.

I’m not crazy about them, but I get the sickest rear delt pump, and they’re a lot more comfortable than bent over laterals. I don’t have a rear delt machine at our gym, but I’m pretty pleased with the results I’m getting, so I’m going to keep doing them. Thanks man!

In that case…proceed to scale. Ha, weighed in at 210. That’s what up, (mind you I just ate, like a lot).
But serially at the rate you’re going, your lifts will probably surpass mine in no time and your body weight will follow suit.

Damn. I have a ways to go. Weighed in at 187 on monday, weighing in again tomorrow (hopefully like 188 lol). What are you maxing out on the big 3 right now? I’m pretty sure you’ve got me on bench and squat, deads I don’t know, and military I don’t do barbell, so it’s not really comparable.
Hey Blaze. It’s 4:15 AM here. My sleep disordered self has been paging through your log.
Nice training! Congrats on all the PRs. You seem to be on fire. Nice mud pic of you and your training partner. You guys are looking great. Now I know what’s under the black spot in your avi.
And I saw a 315 squat and a 415 DL. Good grief, man! You are inspiring me to see what I can curl on an EZ bar, and I’m getting some ideas for shoulder variations. I never had delts before! LOL! I’ve got a ways to go. My rear delts really need some work.

As of now my bench is 265, deadlift is 365, and squat is 295. I haven’t maxed my squat this year since I focused on doing front squats. I just suck at the lower body lifts, hopefully they’ll increase a little.
